What is a blintz?

Blintzes are ultra-thin Slavic crepes folded around sweet or savory fillings. In Polish, they are called “naleśniki.” At Kat’s, they’re served in classic sweet cheese styles, breakfast combinations, savory lunch options, and dessert favorites—so they can work for breakfast, lunch, as a dinner dessert, or a satisfying snack anytime.

The food was delicious and Kat, the owner was incredibly personable and spent time at our table telling us about her life and her travels. My friend is Celiac and there were SO MANY options for her to enjoy. Kat herself is gf, so she takes it very seriously.
