Homemade Soups, Made from Scratch

At Kat’s, all of our soups are made in-house. That includes the broth. From old-world European recipes and PA coal-region favorites, a soup from Kat’s is the perfect first course to your lunch or dinner meal. You can also pair a soup with other items on the menu like a sandwich, salad, and pierogies.

Why Kat’s soups are different

At Kat’s, “made from scratch” means more than heating up a pot. We make our broths in-house, build flavor slowly, and draw from both old-world Polish tradition and the kind of Pennsylvania comfort food people grew up with. Some soups are everyday favorites, some are seasonal, and some are small-batch specials—but every bowl is made the Kat’s way: real ingredients, real cooking, and real comfort.
