Crepes but better!

Blintzes are none other than crepes but with a bit more richness in every bite. For example, our sweet cheese blintzes with fruit are made from a zesty vanilla homemade cheese and we use fresh fruits. These flavors really come together. Especially in the crispy ultra-thin pan-fried dough. It’s an amazing natural sweetness hard to compare.
