Each dinner course includes two chef-selected options — all homemade and crafted for sharing with those you wish to spend Valentine’s Day with at Kat’s.

Valentine’s Day Menu for Kat’s Café & Restaurant featuring a 3-course meal ($75 per person): Starters—berry salad with 3 large shrimp or 2 sliders (1 beef & 1 kielbasa); Entrées—cast iron cooked salmon with roasted potatoes and sautéed garlic-spinach or smoked brisket with roasted potatoes and root vegetables medley; Desserts—slice of homemade cake or cheesecake/crème brûlée in a mason jar; note to see regular menu for more items; signed “Chef Kat.”

This special menu is offered on Saturday (Feb 14) for Valentine’s Day. Reservations are encouraged.

John Derk has played keyboards in a Stevie Nicks tribute band and performed with a Reba McEntire impersonator, and has shared the stage with artists such as Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert. Allison Bordlemay was a contestant on American Idol Season 7, advancing to the Hollywood Round, and also appeared as a contestant on The Voice.


Together, they bring a dynamic mix of experience, musicianship, and vocal talent—creating the perfect atmosphere for a memorable Valentine’s Day celebration at Kat’s.
